Well, Great to hear from you, Pam!! You were one gutsy broad to get up there and givit all ya learned at jam camp. I am proud of you!! Not too many would/could do it. How 'bout we talk Jon into doing it in the NW again next year and we can play again!! We are actually considering going to the October one. We had a great time.

Hi Jude, I thought YOU were simply great! As a novice female player , your performances were well done and inspirational for me. I especially liked Stormy Monday - have always loved that T-Bone Walker version.
Hope to make it to another camp soon. Til then, wanted you to know that your support and enthusiasm really helped get me up there - having another woman to share some moments with was so good for me! pamster
I was right!! We did have a blast, and I am so impressed with the quality of this "product". I enjoyed the other camps a lot, but previously I would leave sort of overwhelmed... even to the point of not playing for a while. This one was so incredibly inspiring.
The instructors were so absolutely supportive and "egoless". I got plenty of individual attention and it helped so much. I had not just one but THREE one on one's.I especially liked having the instructor play something and then try to imitate it. I found I could do things I never even knew I could do!!!!!
I loved hearing the various instructors show the amazing possibilities of this instrument. Some of the music was so sweet it made me cry, and some was so hot it made me feel crazy inside.
And always, making all these new friends who love the blues as intensely as I do was just plain fun. Thank you, Jon, for putting together such a labor of love.
Jude
