off the wall technique

I've been trying to figure out the harp part in Muddy Waters' "Off the Wall" (I think it's Little Walter playing?) and there's one part I just can't get. The version I'm using is off the album "The Gold Collection."

There are a couple of verses that are kinda "honking." The first one starts at about 1:55 in and the second starts at 2:35, and the last 4 bars of each verse is just a drum fill.
Does anyone know what he's playing there?

I'm still pretty green as a harp player, so my guesses as to what the technique there are:
-double stop (4/5d)? with some bending?
-maybe a V octave (1/4d?)
-it may just be a bent V?

Thanks-
seth
