RE: lee oskar melody maker

Thanks for bringing this up. Yea....I got a bunch of songs that I want to perform the "vocal melody" for...and hopefully, these Melody Makers are what I am looking for.

For example, a great folk/Civil War tune is called, "Ashokan Farewell." Even though I am a Classic Rock/Blues fanatic...this is a very stirring song for me.

But you can't play it on an A Diatonic....at least I can't. Well...I can play every note in the song except the 7th note....which requires a blow bend in the lower register. I understand that a Melody Maker harp would take care of this.

Does anyone have any help out there? Perhaps if I played the song in another key, it would help. I have a backing track and I can always change the key in that track.

Thanks!
