Hi MJ,
Well that can be the case for some people, although it could also be your harp (small chance though)
You should check out Jon's vids on youtube or get/download his tone and bending lesson and practice with that. If you still have problems, you might want to try another harp...what are you using?...

Is it just me, or is it more difficult to get a single note on the one draw and two draw, than it is anywhere else?

Does anyone have suggestions to overcome it?
