I work at Ideal Aviation, a general aviation service center at St. Louis Downtown Airport. We are at the closest airport to the Adams Mark Hotel. Its only a 10 minute drive from here (non-rush hour that is). We can also help you arrange car rental or taxi. I could even see about running you over myself if the timing is right. BTW, the Adams Mark is in the heart of downtown and easily within walking distance of a boat load of clubs and places to eat. You could get by without a rental car easily.
